Processing & Shipping
All patches are made to order using print-on-demand technology. This means your patch is custom-printed just for you after you place your order.
Dispatch Times
Most of our patches are dispatched within 1-4 business days after your order is placed. Production times may vary slightly depending on the print facility location and current order volume.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide! Our global fulfillment network means we can send orders anywhere in the world. When you place an order, our system automatically routes it to the fulfillment center nearest to your location for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.
Delivery times are in addition to production times, so please allow for both when estimating when you'll receive your order.

Note: These are approximate delivery times in addition to the 1-4 business day production time. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs processing, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping & Costs
We offer budget shipping to keep costs affordable while ensuring your patches reach you safely:
- Budget shipping: Our economical shipping option. Typically untracked (except for US orders, which are always tracked).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Multi-item orders: When ordering multiple patches, shipping costs are consolidated rather than charged per item, making it more economical to order multiple patches together.
Order Tracking
Budget shipping is typically untracked (except for US orders, which are always tracked). When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipment. You can use the tracking link to monitor your package's journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@world-patches.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of placing it, please contact us at support@world-patches.com. We'll be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.
Note: We cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address, so please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@world-patches.com with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
